Here are a phew tips and tricks that help your anxiety.
1. Relax, lie down, listen to some good music that you like this generally helps.
2. let it all out. Go into an empty room, look at the wall, and say how you feel and what problems you have.
3. trick your self! this is what I do, trick your self into thinking anxiety is GOOD for you, this will make you worry less.
Things you should NEVER do if you have anxiety.
1. try to change who you are. If you don't like yourself and think your a crazy, stupid joke, don't worry about changing who you are won't make you any better. because different is good
2. seek revenge. I know, it's easier to let your anxiety turn you into a totally different person, but seeking revenge won't help. bullying people won't get rid of your anxiety no matter how stressed you are.
3. suicide. this is a BIG no no. if you suicide, you can't get you life back. And NO ONE not even you, will be happy. Remember, giving up, won't fix any thing.
