Sudden upper stomach pain PLEASE HELP!

I woke up in the middle of the night unsure what time it was but I had the worst lower stomach pain like a period pain, I have PCOS so my periods are all over the place they will come every 2-3 months but NEVER regularly anymore I had a dermoid cyst removed last January my periods were regular for a while then they went all messed up so I get very bad pre period pains but I woke up middle of last night with severe lower stomach pain and upper stomach pain I eventually somehow dozed back off to sleep but I woke up in agony it felt like I had been punched in my upper stomach, minor nausea I am not constipated but about 15 mins after I woke up I did a large bm (sorry guys tmi) which made me feel a bit better I managed to eat a bit of rice which made me feel a bit better but I am completely off my food right now, I have got NO appetite and my upper stomach is still hurting. I haven't eaten ANYTHING different lately I do have IBS, vomitting phobia and severe anxiety but I felt like the pain I had was just a bad dream

What is wrong with me? I have lost ALOT of weight and for some reason I cannot put it back on I am trying to stay calm but this pain is really getting to me now

Maybe book an appointment with your local gp just to be on the safe side. But probably just anxiety
