When I last increased I had side effects for about 3 weeks, the first 2 weeks being the worst.
try the Diazepam hunni it will help especially with the increase in ven, are you signed off work at the min? XX

Hi Nic,
No I haven't been signed off work, I don't want to be though as it keeps me busy keeps me from just sitting around thinking of things plus I love my job even if it is the thing giving me the anxiety!
