I just found out that one of the young girls I coached passed away this weekend. I am very saddened by the news and it is inducing panic attacked because I am over come with thoughts of mortality. I know her whole family and I understand the pain they are suffering and it is really upsetting to me.

Thank you! It is hard to know how someone so young won't get to experience what I consider a full life. She was just a freshman in college. It is so sad, and she has younger sisters, and I have sisters and I can only imagine the pain they are going through right now.
