Could a big sore red spot bring up a lymph node?

Yes... yet another post about a lymph node from me I had a spot come up on my shoulder but right next to my neck, I have picked it and picked it so much I have made it really red and it has swollen up a bit it has made it swell around one side of my neck and i have just found a lymph node that I never felt before above my collar bone just below the swelling.

Could this lymph node be because of the swelling?
But I am worried it could be connected to my other pea sized lymph node on the side of my neck(if you have read my other posts you will know what I mean )?

Yes, happened to me last month, had a huge spot under my nose and it made my lymph nodes swell up.

Get this a lot. When I get a particularly nasty spot, a gland in my neck always comes up. Sports usually get big, red and painful when they get infected, hence why your glands come up.
