coping with anxiety

hi
been suffering for about 6 months .I did in fact think I was going mad . finally went to the doctor in December he gave me citalopram . I was to frightened to take they sat in my bag for 6 weeks . went back to the doctor cried and took the plunge to take . the first 3 weeks I can tell you was hell (Couldnt even drive . needed someone with me all the time ) but I am now on week 7 and feel so much better . its true what they say once you accept that you have anxiety it makes life just a touch better I even managed to drive today and by my self
