    Autogenic Training

I don't know if anyone will be interested in this but I have found it to be a very powerful technique in reducing anxiety. I've been learning it since Christmas with a therapist who is also a CBT therapist. It does take a lot of practice but I'm hoping that when I'm proficient it'll be a very strong tool in the armoury in my battle with anxiety.

I'm not sure whether it's covered by NHS but for me it has been a good investment.

    Love Jo xx

    Re: Autogenic Training

My psychotherapist is teaching it to me! It needs constant practice but it becomes more and more powerful. Besides it's quite easy.
