My reflux has got worse lately

I have suffered from GORD for 12 years and at the moment take x1 40mg daily tablet of Omeprazole because over the last month or so my symptoms seem to have worsened over the last month or so and now I am thinking all sorts. I had a scan on Friday as I was convinced I had gallstones but she said no gallstones and gallbladder is fine but mentioned a lot of 'gas' (not sure what causes this!) but I also have an endoscopy on Tues so I do hope that I can get some answers as to what my symptoms are. They are:-

1) stitch like discomfort under right rib (the sort of stitch you get when you go running)
2) mild upper abdominal pain radiating to the lower back
3) discomfort under right shoulder blade
4) regurgitation of reflux (especially first thing in the morning) and lots of belching straight away after eating or drinking and also when I haven't eaten or drunk anything.

It's getting me really down at the moment not knowing what is wrong with me.

Isn't this just normal (although bad) IBS? Try not to worry. I have a lot of these symptoms myself (and I am also on Omeprazole). My gas is terrible... belching all the time. Its not good. I think this just sounds like a bad flare up for you. Everything will be ok - we all think the worst.
