Thanks Ms L, ended up going to A&E and have sacroiliac ligament sprain, ugh! Physio is phoning me today with a plan as I can't actually get to see him under Level 3 (govt rules). Spending the day in bed with painkillers to help quieten this down, it's a real b***h! No Tens machine, I'm afraid. Your trout fillets sound delicious, lucky girl x

Thanks Ms L, the physio rang me and I have to stay resting, not so painful today but staying in bed plus its raining outside. Partner is cooking a roast chook tonight Zero cases again today
