itchy hot swollen feet after long walks scared

Mine have done this in the past none the wiser as to what it is, how long has it being doing it and do you get a rash on them when you itch?

It's normal for our feet to swell at the end of the day and this will be more profound with exercise etc. I know when I go to the gym and my feet get a bit sweaty (sorry if TMI?) from the exercise, they're always itchy for a while after and I have to take my shoes and socks off etc. I can remember this happening ever since I was a kid.

I don't think it's anything out of the ordinary
