A Brief Introduction

Hello Everyone,

Just registered on NMP. I have OCD along with GAD and have suffered with these conditions for a very long time despite extensive therapy. I have had CBT, REBT and other therapies. I know why I am the way that I am. But, breaking free of my past conditioning is proving to be very difficult indeed. I am like a computer that needs re-programming. Except that I am not a computer. I am a human being with all that that entails. Thoughts, feelings, emotions. I struggle with wave upon wave of intense anxiety.

I am looking forward to being a member of this community.
