So I've just had a booster from the GP, rather than the TIG injection which I should have had but you can only get that from A&E
I had my last booster 7 years ago in 2008 and now I'm really scared that I've had another booster too soon.
Also my fear of getting tetanus the other day + now my body is fighting the booster (tetanus, dipteria and polio!!!!)
Please advise, really scared!

Wouldn't your GP have known when you got your last booster, and not given it to you if it was too soon?
It's generally not advised to get unneeded vaccinations just because it's overkill; it certainly won't hurt you. People get additional vaccinations all the time if records are lost or wrong, etc.
You may feel a little crummy for a bit as vaccinations can do that, but it will pass.
