I'm up stream, my land including my neighbours that was mine is ands was totally organic. They are spraying thistles but it has no affect on me or mine. I have never used pesticide and never will. They will quit when they find it doesn't work.

I'm from another site which I'm still on and still welcome. It has a very good CBT program. It is free, and I have to wonder if that is my problem here since what I say is based on a similar program and is free. It is different from CBT4U. I have said often enough what I offer is a choice is all. If nothing is working then try mine. It is free. I have no books to buy. There should be an alternative to exposure therapy since it doesn't work for everyone. We are lucky to have it all, coping, cognitive, mindfulness, exposure and other forms. A good choice I think.
