constant pressure/burning pain

Fpr a while now ive had bad pressure/pain along pubic bone and all around left hip ive been back and forth the docs who say just ibs (am ibs-c) but this pain is constant lately and feels like all where pressure and pain is its a burning feeling.. My doc as always tells me its just constipation but would that cause this hot like burning feeling ??its making my anxiety sky high..

You are not alone in these symptoms i too get like a burning feeling and thought i had a water infection but i got a home test kit and it was negative,ive been on peppermint from the docs colpermin but seems to make me worse im hoping to go bk this week and see if she can give me anything else for ibs,in the meantime ive been doing breathing exercises t o help shift the wind pain as it can be excruciating.
