    Exclamation Housing benefit and ESA

Recently had my assessment for my ESA claim (After a year, might I add) and have been backdated close to £3000. I am living as a Non-dependant with family and was curious as to whether or not the money that I have been backdated, could be backdated by the house owners housing benefit? Is it something I need to be worried about before I go spending the money?

I'm kind of new to the whole money and benefits scene, most of my finances are handled through someone else as just the thought causes me far to much stress.

If anything I have said needs to be explained slightly, or I have done a poor job of explaining please do tell me and I'll try to be more helpful.

    Thanks a bunch!
