My Colonoscopy is clear, but I have narrow stools and constipation

    Greetings everyone,

My GI doctor performed a colonoscopy on me two months ago which came back with clear results of no problems whatsoever. However, lately my stools have been inconsistent from being sorta regular, to lately narrower and sometimes hard lumps.
I have a bowel movements on most mornings but sometimes I have to strain badly. I recently started ingesting ground flaxseeds which do help me with my bowel movements sinne I have constipation issues.
I do not experience any sort of abdominal pain.

I have made another appointment with my GI doctor which is scheduled for June 8th.

Since my colonoscopy came back with clear results, do you guys this this might be something sinister?
