Prozac diary continued..

I phoned my (useless) Dr to make sure he had referred me back to the psychiatrist and he hadn't, surprise. He said he would write a letter today and I should hear from them soon. I also phoned the psychiatrist direct to make sure he knew my name etc. I will wait for an appointment and then maybe change as I don't think fkuoxetine is for me. Seroxat worked way better and wish I never stopped, I only did as I had a few blips but nothing like this. The only thing is with the withdrawal as it is horrendous. I may try an SNRI as I have pretty much tried all the SSRI now!

Hi guys got a doctors appointment tomorrow. Going to speak about the best course of action with this fluox. I'm going to give the forum a bit of a break for a while to try and work on my recovery as oppose to dwell on everything. I don't know if this wil make a difference but whatever actions I'm taking whether it be coming on here, taking meds, not working isn't making me better and I need to change that.
