From party girl to silent girl

Hello everyone, I'm 20 year old girl from Finland (no Finns don't live with polar bears XD).
Anyway, I was always very social and outgoing...until one of my family member died suddenly last year. After that everything just fell apart; longterm relationship, and few friendships. I no longer wanted to go out like I used to (I was kind of a party girl), so I just stayed home and read books.

I felt like no one knew what I was going through, and I thats why I really shut down.
I don't really know how things got to the point, where I would get panic attacks at coffee shops, supermarkets and school. But now I'm trying to fight against them as hard as I can.
So yeah.
