Frequent bowel movements, heartburn, feeling sick and tired, Worried again

I have suffered with ibs before but it was over two years ago and don't remember feeling like this

Feeling sick
Feeling like I've food stuck in my chest, is this heartburn????
Very tired
Twinges on the left side under ribs
Frequent bowel movements like 3 a day
And just generally feel lethargic

I have also suffered with health anxiety since my dad passed away 10 years ago and I always imagine the worst

Any help would be appreciated

Have you had your Gallbladder checked? If it's not GERD, those were the exact symptoms I had before I had my Gallbladder out, except I had right sided pain and right shoulder blade pain. Maybe try some nexium or zantac to see if that helps first?

I have these symptoms. The pain under the left side is getting pretty severe and constant combined with the chronic fatigue I've convinced myself its something serious. The Dr has repeatedly told my its stress and IBS but lately I've felt so unwell I'm struggling to get out of bed. I hope you feel better soon.
