Hi all,

I'm a 35 year old woman living in Scotland with my partner and 2 cats. I've suffered from generalised anxiety disorder for the past 15 years or so. During that time I have had some good periods and some pretty awful ones as well. I am currently going through a bad patch and decided to join this forum as I am looking for advice, guidance and support. Hopefully I may be able to help others too
