...ok so today (after a few weeks of thinking right I'm gunna do this n then bottling it!) I actually attended an aquanatal swim class by myself! It was good fun, and I intend to go next week too!

Well done, I've joined the gym and am going for the first time today on my own, I'm so nervous as I'm scared I won't be able to do much, I need to lose weight and hopefully this will make me feel better.
