The heart rate and blood pressure thing can be a roundabout situation. You're anxious so it goes up and you're anxious about it going up plus a few side effects .

Good news about some sleep .

You might want to look into a local relaxation class - yoga - tai chi - meditation which will help all facets of this.

hi all, im currently coming off effexor, i was on 2 tabs of 37.5 a day and have reduced down with supervision to 1 a day for 2-3 months, its my first day without one, i feel sick, have a funny numb/dizzy/vibration feeling in body, hard to explain, has any on else had this? how long till the withdrawal symptoms go? cheers xapril x
