    Advice please?

As soon as I think I'm managing to forget about my scare (moles) i read something somewhere about docs missing a sign and the worst happening. How do you all deal with this? I'm meant to be going away for a few nights tomorrow but I feel so sick to the stomach and Am shaking. How do I convince myself even just for two days that I don't have sinister moles??
As a side note... I'm having an Mri on my abdomen in a few weeks just to check something before an op for endometriosis. I'm not worried about that but wondering would that show at all if I had 'C' that was spreading somewhere in my body?? Brain is in overdrive today, promise I'm not usually this scatty

Are you actually getting help for your anxiety? You've posted about colon and skin cancer fears just about every other day for the last month.

Didn't you get it checked out and the mole actually turned out to be a hair follicle?

There's a difference between a doctor missing signs of abnormality in a genuine mole and missing abnormality in what isn't a mole in the first place.

Your MRI may pick up on that kind of thing depending on what they're actually imaging.

Yes I am getting help for my anxiety, it's obviously not going to work instantly though! My posts about colon cancer are linked to one of current health conditions as those symptoms can mimic worse things and in a high state of anxiety, it's hard to see clearly. I've managed to stop that worry now.
The mole is definitely a mole but the doc said the irregularity could be a hair coming through and just to watch it.
I had a half decent sleep last night for the first time in a while and I'm feeling more positive. I'm hoping like last year, I'll be able to stay off this forum soon enough
