hi, ive been suffering from anxiety, depression for about 8 years on and off and very bad the first couple of years, I would like to find someone who is around my age im 32 and male, to talk to as I find it hard to talk to people who are not going through this, it would be nice to hear somones thoughts and to actually speak to someone in the same boat. im from the Northamptonshire area.
