Spotting between period

Hello, I am new to this page. However, anxiety over my health is not a new thing.
I am 35 yo, a mum of 2 girls (3 and 6) and since last August I started to spot in between periods. At that time I was still breastfeeding my 25 months old baby, but due to this spotting and general fatigue I stopped in October. Spotting was on and off. Went to see gyne and said its probably hormonal and that I have cervical erosion (that scared me as I never ever had any problems with my female things). Advised to do Smear test although I had one done 1.5 years ago that was normal. This time test came back normal thank God. I had few times spotting after intercourse as well. Spotting has stopped for a while and but it returned again this month and I am freaking - what if this is more then erosion? How can she diagnose me with naked eye (or maybe this is possible). I also have list of other symptoms. to cut it short I will list them in few words:
1. reoccurring thrush infection every month or every 2 months.(sometimes its more severe then the other times)
2. sensitive and easily irritated intimate part
3. non-cyclic breast pain on and off everyday for 3 months now
4. increased sweating especially at nights
5. feeling dry during intercourse which leads to irritation and that sometimes causes thrush
6. tired and painful legs, backache, hip pain (all since the second child)
7. very stressed and tired
8. no clear thinking/foggy head
I am not looking for a diagnosis as I am trying to find a specialist that will not brush me off as my GP do. Do any of you have a similar symptoms and had a solution or diagnosis to this. That is taking over my life feel miserable and very anxious. I want to see my girls growing...

I too have experienced spotting after intercourse which threw me into a major panic over cervical cancer I even paid privately to have a smear done which came back normal .it stopped for bout 6. Months but has now started up again so ive got the doc to refer me to the gyno i too have an ectroption on my cervix which they say is what's causing it but it's hard not to worry :( have u explained your very anxious and wud like to be referred to the gyno

I am having some spotting too. It is very light and happens after my period, after sex, and a few days before my period. I had a smear a year ago which was normal. It did say I had inflammation of the cervix an it was nothing to worry about. I mentioned my spotting to my gp at my visit the other day and she did a blood test to check my hormone levels. They came back fine. I go back for a smear in August. Hopefully I can get some answers as to what is going on. I almost think it is because of the Lexapro I am on. I have read that it can cause spotting.
