Can someone please relate too having anemia or iron deficientcy going out my wits ends with tiredness bruises headaches .... Sleepy hungry yawning !!!! Thirsty !!!! Craving some weird fish food too headaches tiredness n bruises worrying me

I had anemia and it's really nothing to worry about. You just need to take iron supplements. When I was anemic I was very tired as well, all those symptoms are completely normal!

When do you get your blood test results?

Anemia is very common and easily treated.

Its more my headache temples painfully hurting stabbing headaches moves all over on going for a week and pain relief not touching it I'm scared my eyes hurt pupils big too ..... :(

You posted on here about having blood tests not so long ago. If you were low in iron it would have showed up then.

Get some Spatone from a chemist.

You pour a sachet into a glass of fresh orange juice, you can't taste it and it doesn't make you constipated!

I felt better within 4 days when I took it.
