Scared of inhaled food into lungs

I inhaled maybe a few grains of cous cous yesterday and coughed a lot. The coughing died down until now. I took a tablespoon of fish oil and I'm scared some of it went down again and I'm coughing again, both forced and not. I'm trying to eat but I'm worried I can't swallow properly and it's going to happen again and I'll choke.

I'm also worried I have inhaled the small bits of cous cous into my lungs and will get an infection. I am also worried I have inhaled the oil too along with bits of other foods I am eating.

Eating has become scary suddenly and I am chewing everything a million times and concentrating so so hard and scared everytime I swallow.

My cough is kind of phlegmy and I don't know if that's from the food now being in my lungs.
I keep going a bit lightheaded and dizzy from coughing and my throat feels scatchy and like something's stuck in there.
