oh no blip!!!

Hi guys

Just looking for some moral support today, went back to work last Monday and managed the week ok, even went to work while panicing on Friday and calmed down there which I'm sure is a good thing.

Today has been a tough one though started at work with a bad head, and a few 'waves' of anxiety, managed to sit it all out till home time but, still don't feel much better I fact its making me feel quite low, just don't want to give in to it[^] I just hope I feel ok for work tomorrow and that is a worry[Sigh...]

All I can say is well done so far you are doing really well, you are going to work..even through panics Just keep trying and don't give in.

Don't let the blip get you down, the more you stand up to it the easier it will get, I always think of it as a school bully in the playground, it attacks you and if it gets a reaction it will keep doing it, if you ignore it and get on with what you were doing, then it gets bored and goes away.
