Keep feeling like I have to sneeze but can't?

Hi all. For the last week or maybe a bit more, I keep getting the urge to sneeze. Once or twice a day. I get the build up, but then when I go to actually sneeze, the feeling goes away! Since I'm anxious about pretty much everything I got worried and googled. Not good, I know.

So, now I'm scared this is something wrong with my brain. Like terrified. But I've also read that this may just be because of anxiety and over thinking it.

Does anyone else have this issue? I'd like some other opinions on it while I try not to freak out completely.

I'm not an expert on the subject but it seems like quite normal. Maybe you have allergies? Some days I tend to sneeze one after the other and sometimes it just doesn't come.

I don't have allergies, at least I never have before. I should not have googled, honestly. But after a week of feeling like sneezing but not being able to, I feel like I'm going nuts lol. Although now I could just be sabotaging myself, I dunno.
