Would my blood work tell me if I had HIV?

Hello.

I had an occurrence 4 years ago with a woman where the condom fell off during sex.

I have always been worried for HIV and this just struck me.

I have had blood work done recently for an MRI. Would this blood work show if any signs of HIV? or would it have to be a whole separate test? I have had blood work done twice since the incident.

No, hepatitas and hiv are separate tests.

It wouldn't tell you if you had it but I suspect your white blood cell count would be a little off, which would cause them to want to investigate a little further.
