I have had DPDR for a week now and I've kind of managed to accept it and not think about it, and I feel releived because of that.
But my question here was, I used to have depression and anxiety before I got DPDR, does it mean after I forget about DPDR, do I still have the depression or is it gone?
Or I won't be able to recover from DPDR while having medium depression?
Also I was at a rollercoaster park today and just now I started feeling uneasy, felt like riding a rollercoaster when closing my eyes and almost had a panic attack thinking I'm going mad.
Is that normal?
