    feeling better

    i recently posted that my doctor had upped my med to 30mg citalopram
    i have to tell you,s all i havent had an attack for a week i feel 100% better i even went out on saturday night had a couple of glasses of wine and my mates dragged me on to the karaoke, i cant believe how much better i feel if i can get through this week i am going back to work next monday i feel confident and happy at the moment but and this is a but i worry i am going to have an attack this is usually when i get up on a morning by lunch time i feel ok keep your fingers crossed for me i really want to go back to work (ive been off 6 weeks) i love this site and couldnt do without you,s xxxxxxxxxx cath

    Tip nibble you're way off the citalopram to avoid the side effect when you're ready to - pretty good arn't they!
