Propranolol and other drugs
I currently take propranolol (only 10mg a day - but it helps a lot with my shaky hands and occasional palpitations. Coming off it soon to join the military!!
) and have heard you can't take anything herbal with it, which is fine. BUT, can you take the following with it:
Inositol
Omega 3-S
I'm guessing they're both fine just not sure about the inositol.
My general question is what have other people taken with propranolol that seems to have assisted?
Like I said I want to come off it so if anyone has found something else that works, I'd like to know.
