Don't even have the motivation to even write this.
back on escitalopram 2nd time. Stmarathonmg for first week then 3 mg for 2 weeks then 4 for last 3. My p doc wants to augment with lithium. I am absolutely exhausted with this. Keep trying to tell myself to just hold on to the escitalopram for another week to see if it turns.it just becomes so hard when you reqlise that you are never going to be yourself again.
Been fighting this for almost 4 yrs now just dont know how many more last miles of a marathon i can take.
