    Mirtazapine advice

    Hello
I've been on 15 mg of Mirtazapine since a week last Saturday, having previously being on Duloxetine for 7 years. This was immediately stopped and I was started on Mirtazapine the very next day. I felt awful for the first 3 days, then had about another 3 days without my awful anxiety, even euphoric! Since then my anxiety has come back with a vengeance. My GP wants me to increase to 30 mg. Does anyone know if this will help please? Many thanks.
