    brain fog

Hi all, I seem to find it hard to remember things, like my bank details, which I have known off by heart for years ! I worry about getting dementia because of all the meds I have taken & still am taking.
I will start a job, then forget what I was doing & go on to something else, then suddenly remember the first job.
I have heard people talk about brain fog , due to anxiety, is this how it happens ?

It may be tiredness or needing a break & having something to eat/drink. If one is anxious, it is easy to get distracted. I forget things too!

Thanks for your reply Lucinda, I do actually forget to eat, as I have no appetite, lost 2 stone in the last 2 years, you have just reminded me, I must get something now. I am making myself do some decorating/painting, it is hard going as I ache so much from tension, but I have put some music on , even if I only get a bit more done it is something. Will go & get a bowl of cereal !

Lindy Lou, it is more than likely that you have over loaded the brain.
Try doing something that is more enjoyable rather than stressing.
The Mind is telling you to chill a bit.
I have been know to put stupid things in the fridge and use the shed key to open the front door.
I actually make notes now, so that I do not have to carry so much in my brain.
