    Anyone in NE Scotland suffering Anxiety Depression want to chat and help each other with this terrible illness.

    Hi Knotman

    I suffer from Anxiety and Depression, but I live in England.

    Hope you find some support, if you're not already receiving it.

    I have just started receiving phone Counselling.

    Don't know if it'll help, but it breaks up the week and something to look forward to and when goals are set, it'll give me the motivation, that I've been lacking.
