Upset stomach for 3 weeks?

Hi everyone
I've not posted here for such a long time but I'm back now right back where I started, I was doing so well, then the love of my life finished with me after a silly argument, since then the 6th June I've lost 1.5 stone, I can barely function as normal, but what's worrying me is I've had diarrhoea since mid June 😔 do u think it's because what's going, hate this feeling x

I'm going to go on Monday, hopefully over the weekend I'll feel better, I can safely lose at least 2 more stone too x I went on holiday & it's been since then, maybe a bug x :-/
