you shouldn't tak Kalms with Citalopram as it contains valerian root... Valerian root should not be taken together with SSRI's ..... I think it can cause your side effects of your SSRI's to intensify.

as for propranol I am not sure

Not sure if this is the same for everyone, I think it would be..Maybe check with your doctor just to make sure.

That makes Sence as to why I have been feeling worse for the last two weeks , I have been taking kalms night and day ones too
