    Left testicle "ache"

Hello I'm new to this website and I am hoping to shed some light on my problem and get a sense of relieve. Firstly I suffer from GAD mainly due to health, that sense of doom and feel like whatever occurs that I sense the worst of.

Now as of last few days I've had like a dull ache on my left gland on upper left testicle, that I assume where the ache is coming from I think, it doesn't feel like it's my testicle. It doesn't hurt to a point where I'm in pain, but more I just notice it. I've self examined for any lumps and it seems all completely normal.

I do masturbate regular and maybe kinda vigorous at times and I know it's no STD's etc,, as I'm very careful. Also I'm very nervous to get it checked at being the feeling of embarrassment flashing my bits to a doctor. (which I know is silly)

Was thinking same and have been very active outside since last week being on holiday. Also I tend to sit with my left leg underneath me if that makes any sense.

Whatever happened with this? Did you find out what it was or did it go away?
