Throat..

I keep getting the most uncomfortable sensation that someones hands are round my neck strangling me. I keep loosing clothes, necklace only to find that they're not tight around my throat at all.

This happened Thursday, at work Friday and all day Saturday and today!

Ok here is another one..I cant have a t shirt next to my throat feels like someone is choking me..Sometimes its hard to swallow and I think that im going to choke to death.. havent yet..I sleep at night and have a chain around my neck and it feels as if its choking me wake and keep adjusting it.. and out of the blue the covers feels the same way..Anxiety .. anxiety anxiety thats all it is..hyperaware of your throat and breathing and well sensation of choking all common.. so just try to ignore it..relax do muscle relaxation techniques and try to forget about it.. I can assure you that is all it is.. another 1001 anxiety symptoms and more common than you know..
