I have severe emetophobia as well as bad gas problems and I assume IBS.
I just ate and I have creaky feeling and sometime noisesnin my stomach???
Should I be worries or is it probably gas? It's in my upper stomach above my belly button

Normal gurgling noises are fine
I don't think you have anything to worry about x

No, nothing to worry about, I sometimes sound like I have a whole band in my stomach
