People will forget what you said
People will forget what you did
But people will never forget how you made them feel

    Hi Mooks,

You're not alone in feeling depressed after panic. It gets me down a lot too. I often cry when an attack subsides. I get so upset that it's happened again and I worry that it's never going to end. But I think that's a normal way to feel. Doesn't mean you won't get over it eventually!

Anxiety gets you down as you cant control how you feel, that leads to depression as you cant get yourself out of that whole. My anxiety was followed by depression but i know many people feel depressed and then get anxious. Anxiety with me gave me terrible thoughts and the feeling i couldnt cope and i actually wanted to feel depressed so i could sleep and lie about as i knew nothing about any of the illnesses. Lesser of two evils is not the case but so many people that have never suffered from either will never completely understand but i appreciate all those who have tried to understand me.

    Love Sal xx
