Globus/Allergic reaction phobia

So this is so hard to explain.. I have a sticky, lump like feeling in throat... It seems to have developed lately along with a massive allergic reaction phobia (fearing that my throat might close) ... I don't know whether because of my phobia I have developed globus sensation or what but I swallow constantly and sometimes get panicy that my throat is closing especially when I think inhave eaten something new! Can I just say that I am not knowingly allergic to anything.. Anything I've ever eaten, tablets, etc nothing .. But I'm obsessed.. I have had OCD in the past and suffer on a day to day with GAD but this is driving me crazy, especially when I think its getting bigger! ... Anyone else experience this???? Sorry for going on..

I have had periods of this, but it has not been permanent. I think it is going to happen for a couple of days and the I just move on to the next fear, then some time later I will be convinced I'm chocking again...tyring...xxx

Snap I'm not sleeping right now cause of my lump in my throat making me think I'm going to suffocate in the night don't know how to get rid of it doctor said post nasal drip was causing it I'm not so sure x
