been to docs yesterday he reckons im suffering anxiety attacks, been reading some of the forum,i know youve got to get on with life i cant take some of the drugs he offered me so hes decicded to send me to a councillor, i think alcohol might be the trigger is this normal i dont want to try it again.

Lovely to hear you have been to the docs and getting councilling, thats a BIG step forward for you.
If i was you i would keep off the alcohol, through my own experiances alcohol only makes anxiety worse.
It you dont like the idea of medication there are lots of different natural remedies you could try.
