ibs and iron tablets

Hi i suffer with ibs and have recently become anaemic so my doctor has put me on iron tablets,they effects of this are awful alternating between constipation and diarrhoa,the cramps are horrendous just cant sleep:(

Uuum yes, Iron is a difficult one on the stomach. I have found one that is called Spatone which is very gentle on the stomach, it isn't cheap but I think it is now on the 3 for 2 offer at Boots
