Hello everybody.. I am daily experiencing all kinds of different anxiety symptoms (in the last time the feeling like living in a dream, severe palpitations, ...). For the last month or so, I am experiencing extreme dizzines, palpitations and a feeling of fainting (I did experience this final stage, before fainting: blurred, dark vision, but I never actually fainted). Since I found out, that I have iron deficiency, I am of course even more alert, what is happening in me. I am always looking for health/disease explanations for my anxiety symptoms, and this is driving me crazy. And of course, dizziness is even worse..And I am constantly exausted, have no energy... Otherwise are my blood test, ekg and so on normal.,..
Does somebody experience something like that? How do you calm yourself, that all of your symptoms are only because of anxiety and not an actual threat/disease?
