Horrible constipation! Anyone got any advice?

Sorry in advance for being a bit too graphic and gross!
But I haven't pooped in 3 days now. I have really bad tummy cramps and also very bad wind. But I literally can't poop. I know I need to go but I literally cant!

Does anyone have any advice of how to release it? Do over the counter laxatives work?

Also Should I be really concerned ?

Unfortunately, I've dealt with this since cancer treatment. If it's a chronic issue then taking a generic stool softener can help or a fiber supplement like Miralax or the like. Otherwise, when things get that uncomfortable, good 'ol Milk of Magnesia does the trick in good order.

Positive thoughts and poo threads (or not for that matter!)
