This keeps scaring me and worsening my symptoms

I've had DP/DR symptoms and they go away when I have social interaction and get busy. However if I go online and see someone say they've had it for months, years even tens of years I start feeling sick and panic and get symptoms again. Then I think I have to do all this stuff to get rid of it and the whole thing scares me. Should I turn it into a dull topic and forget about it altogether? Dang. Thanks

Yeah you're right, a psychiatrist told me it's very unproductive to think about it and overly concern yourself with it. I'm a bodybuilder, I'll just focus more on that and some online programming I've got to be happy again
