Hey Candy, glad you are doing so well! I was wondering...did you have bad morning anxiety when you were still on the 100mg dose?

I'm still struggling on 100mg after about 1 month on the 75mg and 1 month on 100mg. Mostly morning anxiety and some situational anxiety. Really not sure now if I need to go up or down with my dose, just curious how you were feeling on the 100mg.

I dont have any anxiety at all really, apart from very mild which is managable. I felt anxious on 100mg and 50mg which is why I went up a dose, I think if you are still struggling then it can hurt to try a higher dosage. on the 100mg I felt better than the lower dose but not quite good enough and I was still having a lot of anxiety

ok so I think I have now been on the higher dose for 2 weeks, I have lost track of how many days I am now on. I had a few days with zero anxiety then I had another day of upset tummy but I still went out to the bank and the supermarket. I pushed myself to walk right down to the end of the shop and look at the clothes and toys, I used to not go there because the exit was so far away, I did have some anxiety but it could have been due to feeling unwell or because I hadnt slept much the night before.

Today I was very tired despite getting 10 hours sleep. I felt like I couldn't sleep enough, perhaps this was my bodies way of healing parts of my brain? anyhow, I had a dentist appointment for my kids, I used to not stay long enough there but today the waiting time was 30 minutes and I have 3 kids so thats a lot of teeth to check, I was nervous, shaky, rapid heart, but I for some reason began to calm down and breathe slower and deeper and relaxed myself somewhat. The dentist was super slow and wanted to talk about everything I was just wanting to get out and go home lol. But yes a little anxiety the last few days but I am still getting out there and doing things better than I could before!

Have any of you used the lip plumper things (for your face lips!) ? to make your lips bigger? well if you havent and are considering it.... dont!! I did and I now have deep blue lips!! I use mine a lot because I have thin lips and like them to look fuller... A side effect of the sert is increased bruising/ bleeding.... I forgot about that

Hi Everyone, I am now on week 3 of the increased dose, to begin with I was feeling better, now the anxiety is back and I have had a it of depression, I feel fed up because I have been on this drug so long, I read the reviews about it being a miracle drug and how people are cured and back to normal and I wish that was me! I have doctors next week to discuss.

thank you Sick and Tired I think it was an off day because I wasnt feeling well, I caught my sons cold bug, Today I done the full school run myself since June! My house is also really well run and tidy for a single mum of 3 kids! lol, I got given some incense sticks as a gift and they are really gorgeous and relaxing to burn, they make my house smell amazing. My kids are looking better, I cut their hair and dress them up nice. Their rooms are kept clean and clutter free. They always have a clean uniform for school and our fridge and cupboards are fully stocked. I feel like I am getting a really good grip on things now My next goal is to do some baby groups with my youngest, he is 2 years old and we plan to go to wriggle and rhyme and story time at the library across the street. It could be good to get out and socialise a bit now!

Hey. I'm beginning to just accept the idea that this medication is going to have its ups and downs. I too, thought this would be a miracle pill, and one day I would feel like Wonder Woman. But for me, it's more subtle. I've heard it compared to putting a band aid on a wound, and that seems like an accurate analogy for me.

Glad you are doing well, Candy! Take care and keep us posted.
